The large vehicle pulls into the quarry and Amina waits for Mathias to open her door. He gently takes her out of the vehicle and places her on her feet. She takes a look around before moving closer to the entrance to the old warrens.

The visit here would serve two purposes, first she would wait on Helena so they could discuss how she wished to proceed. Second, Talia had told Amina she wanted these warrens cleansed. All traces of Elijah removed and any information gathered.

As they waited for the scourge Amina pulled out her laptop and got onto the Shreknet. She looked to see if Emberwolf had replied to her about the computer lab.

Helena arrives shortly later, the rumbling of her motorcycle amplified against the quarry rocks announcing her approach. She kills the engine and coasts the last dozen yards, then removes her helmet and replaces it with her usual sunglasses. Nodding acknowledgment to Creel, Helena stands before Amina.

"Harpy Amina...what can I do for you this evening?"

[Iodadre]

Amina smiled and almost reached out to hug Helena. She seemed conflicted but did not hug the inhuman Scourge.

"I realized after the Forsaken's death, he had progeny still under accounting. After speaking with Prince Sinclair, he came to the conclusion that if James found, he have a chance to stay away from death. If someone take him under accounting. My sister Talia has instructed as our elder these old warrens be cleaned out. James could still be hiding inside. I am giving him chance to come quiet and nice. Give himself up. Would you want to come to look? Otherwise, I guess I just ask you stake James if you see him around Indianapolis and bring him to Sincl-Prince Sinclair."

[Mathias Creel]

Mathias paces close to the two as they discuss James' fate. One could sense that other things are definitely on his mind at the moment..

[Iodadre]

Mathias's pacing was not missed by Amina, she knew he had more important matters to attend to.

"I will get some help to speed the search of the warrens along."

Amina made a chittering sound that seemed to carry. Almost immediately a large rat popped its head out of the warrens and waddled closer, but not too close to Helena or Mathias.

"It might be a few minutes before more will show up, but I can have this one begin."

She stepped over to the animal and knelt down. She pulled cheetos out of her pocket and began sharing them.

"There were people down here."

The rat squeaked between stuffing its mouth and warily watching the other two vampires. Amina shook her head at its response.

"Oh, no, not one made into dirt. The other one. I need you and others to help me find anyone else in there."

The rat seemed to hesitate and Amina offered another cheeto.

"Just another look around please. And your family too, no not the babies. Here have another cheeto."

The rat quickly took the cheeto and ran into the warrens. Amina turned to the two Brujah.

"I should see a few more of them, but her family will help look around inside."

Helena watches Amina's internal conflict, face expressionless, listening.

"If you would like me to accompany you into the warrens to search, I will come."

She observes the exchange between Amina and the rat with a predatory smile. Absentmindedly, she produces a small cigarillo and matches, and is soon surrounded with the haze and scent of sweet smoke.

"I must admit curiosity, though...the powers of sight and hiding are not in my personal tool kit, and bringing both of us..."

Helena gestures with the hand holding the smoldering cigarillo towards Creel,

"..seems a little fuckin' overkill. For one lonely, scared, newly embraced childe hiding in the dark, that is. If that is all that it is...?"

[Mathias Creel]

Looking towards Helena.

Thank you, but no. Perhaps another time when the business at hand is of a more pleasant nature. We have only explored the tunnels leading towards Emberwolf's lab. The network is vast, much of it unexplored amd no telling what we might encounter.

Mathias pulls a necklace from around his neck that wasn't there before and dangles it out in front of him. It is just a simple leather thing with an oblong stone suspended in the middle. It seems to spin around a little bit before aligning itself in a direction away from the entrance to the tunnels. Mathias frowns slightly...

Looking back the the two ladies he states...

I doubt he is in there but the effort must be made, shall we..?

[Iodadre]

Amina's head cocks to the side upon seeing the stone point. She laughed slightly.

"I forget evertime you have this. I doubt he is inside either. But I have to make way through and clean out any things still Elijah. Helena, do you wishing to come?"

[LindsayBear]

Helena turns to Creel as he is speaking, then back to Amina,

"I will help in whatever way you need. Lead the way, Harpy."

She takes a long drag from the cigarillo, stubs it out on her boot, and stashes the trash in her pocket.

[Iodadre]

Amina nods and leads the way into the quarry Warrens. She moves with much more confidence than when they came looking for Elijah. The traps are easily avoided with her guidance and even taking the left path instead of the right path the small group moves steadily deeper.

After a thorough check in the direction Mathias's compass points with no James to be found, the group doubles back to take the right fork. The area opens up just before the vault door. The carcasses of the large Crocodile and boar were yet to be removed and becoming ripe.

A snuffling sound catches the groups attention. The second boar that had run away during their last incursion had returned. He didn't seem very keen to engage them, but was grumbling and muttering threats only Amina could understand.

"I am not wanting to hurt him if we can help."
